The food forest and garden produce a wide array of delicious fruits and produce. Plus a greenhouse attached to a shipping container 20x8', a 30 amp RV parking area with water, sewer, elec connections, parking for 20 vehicles. 

Storm shelter for 10. During the winter months, you can enjoy a water view of Keystone lake. There are two campsites equipped with a fire pit, and numerous walking trails throughout the property, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. The food forest boasts an impressive variety of over 50 fruit and nut trees, numerous berry bushes, perennial herbs, flowers, and bulbs. These are thoughtfully planted along swales and berms. 

Additionally-  1,000-sq-ft Permaculture garden complete with a chicken yard, separate from the main food forest. To support the irrigation needs of the garden, a 7,000-gallon water catchment system with an underground irrigation system and a separate pump. A 38x48' tall-sided hoop house. 

Imagine- an Event Center's expansion and versatility is limitless. Whether it be ag-tourism, wellness retreats, or a farm bar, there are endless possibilities to explore. A quarter mile of electric line is on the perimeter for easy hook up of new buildings. 

Additional information: *Certified Organic 2014-2023 *The original home square footage is 860 per courthouse records, it uses a window heat/air unit as well as a wood burning stove. *The attached Great room-event center+ commercial kitchen is 1200’ with glass garage doors on each end to enjoy the views. There are solar screens for these doors and assist with heating and cooling. *When opening overhead doors, the screens will come down.* *This great room uses Pods used for AC and heat and comes partially furnished. *Additionally it features a fabulous antique cast iron stove for heat, if desired. *There is a manmade pond and 2 dry creeks. *There are three wells on the property; The DEQ inspects the water well that services the commercial kitchen and homes, annually, and the only one in use. Another is the original homestead well, located at the front of the property, is dry, and was made by hand laid stone. The other well was dug and cased and is on this side of the pond and only has water enough for livestock and not in use. *The kitchen is inspected annually by the Oklahoma Health Department. *Composting toilet for campsite area, still in box and remains with property. *Hoophouse parts/plastic are on site, just not installed and will remain with the property.
